Series ALPHA MASTER CONTROL

ALPHA MASTER control system is the solution that simplifies management of complex thermal systems, with cascade generators, thermoregulation and integration from renewable sources (solar thermal).
The “Master” control unit has been designed using a software provided with preset system management strategies, ready to be selected and start a self-configuration that speeds up and facilitate the start-up phase.

General features:

  • Possibility of communicating with a single generator (thermal system thermoregulation only) and with cascade generator systems (max 9 Smile Energy MK).
  • SMART system for system selection, possibility of selecting the most appropriate strategy among the 8 preset strategies available.
  • Possibility of editing all the parameters at all levels, for an accurate customisation of generators/system management to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort.
  • Double cascade generator management system, to adapt power output according to the type of utility and system: the “power balancing” management is enabled by default, allowing the maximum power modulation with a control of generator rotation upon start-up and during operation.
  • Generator control based on the difference of temperature between the set value and the value detected in the system (flow balancer/plate heat exchanger) by the sensor

Manifold and Balancer:

  • DHW heater load management, of Standard or double heat exchanger Solar type.
  • Complete management of renewable energy integration (Solar Thermal) in DHW production.
  • Complete management of max three system zones, max 2 of which mixed.
