Michael Bonsi, Baltur Sales Engineer, speaks.
Baltur is a structured company, present since the 1950s on the market for burners and all energy conversion products from a thermal and refrigeration point of view: boilers, air conditioners, heat pumps and hybrid systems, with a capillary sales and service network throughout Italy. This consists of more than 600 contracted figures including Agents, Service Centres, Dealers, Baltur Points and Baltur Centres, who collaborate with us constantly, often for years and over several generations.
I joined Baltur, 2 years ago, in the Italian Pre-sales Department to assist customers in the initial stages of selecting and purchasing the company's products and to offer both technical and commercial support to the Sales and Service Network.
To this day I am responsible for coordinating the pre-sales department, which has since been strengthened and now consists of a team of four people, but primarily I act as Sales Engineer.
In this capacity, I am commercially active first hand in Italy's provinces where there is no sales agency, which I oversee as a direct point of contact from the head office, and as a brand promoter at design companies where I often visit along with the sales agencies in the area.
I also provide continuous training to all partners on new technologies and regulations related to the HVAC sector through technical consultations, webinars, and training meetings, with an emphasis on the technical advantages of our products, especially in the current context where the ecological transition requires continuous updates.
In two years, I have experienced significant growth.
